Application 2. Cover letter either as an attachment or typed into the application 3. Two signed letters of recommendation **For Teaching Applications Only** 4. Unofficial Transcripts 5. Copy of Teaching License or an email from TSPC that a teaching license has been issued. If you have or will be applying for your teaching license you may attach a note that you have applied or will apply by a certain date and your license is expected by a certain date.
